What we collect and why
Visits, to see how our pages work: the page, the sections and buttons you used, the website you came from, campaign tags in the link and your type of device. No cookies, nothing stored in your browser, nothing that tells us who you are.
Your e-mail, if you leave it on the website builder page, with your consent: we use it once to tell you that you can try the product, then we delete it.
Your messages and meetings, to reply to you and prepare for the meeting.
Who helps us
Google keeps the visit records and e-mails in Google Sheets and the meetings in Google Calendar, and may process them outside the UK and the EU. Our pages run on a server of Seonet Multimedia s.r.o. (GIGASERVER) in the Czech Republic, which may keep technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
How long
Visit records 12 months, your e-mail until we've told you, messages as long as we stay in touch.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent at dive@brightly.in. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or to the authority in your country.
